Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Scheffler Jewels website.
1. Return Period
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories, certificates, pouches, and complimentary items
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order jewelry
- Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered at the customer’s request
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
4. Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with photos and order details.
6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Scheffler Jewels will cover the return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit
8. Legal Notice (Ontario, Canada)
Under Ontario consumer protection law, there is no automatic right of cancellation for online purchases due to change of mind. This policy is offered voluntarily by Scheffler Jewels and applies in accordance with the terms described above.
